Leadership Development for Kingdom Influence
KAIO Advancing is a leadership development course created for leaders who desire to sharpen their influence, strengthen their leadership capacity, and lead with greater wisdom and intentionality.
This is not a course designed simply to “make leaders,” but to refine and strengthen those already serving, leading, discipling, building teams, or influencing others.
Led by a PhD in Global Leadership and Management, the course combines leadership theory, theology, spiritual discernment, and practical ministry application to equip leaders for today’s cultural and spiritual challenges.

Yes. Kaio is currently working towards accreditation with the Institute of Leadership. This will allow you to register as a Member of the Institute of Leadership while completing the ADVANCING course of the programme.
Membership provides access to professional resources and a global leadership community. Upon completion, you will receive a co‑branded certificate, and your membership will be upgraded from Student to Professional.

Permission to use post‑nominal letters (e.g. MIoL)
Yes. Throughout the year, students will complete two or three assignments designed to help validate their understanding and development within the course. These assignments are directly connected to the class content and the practical activities already carried out during the sessions, so they are a natural extension of the learning experience.
At the end of the academic year, students will also be required to complete and present a final assignment based on a case study analysis.
Please note that students must maintain a minimum attendance rate of 75% in order to receive their certification and accreditation upon graduation.
The annual tuition for the Kaio Advanced course is £550, payable in 11 monthly instalments of £50.
Students who choose to enrol in the accreditation with The Institute of Leadership will pay an upgraded annual fee of £770, payable in 11 monthly instalments of £70.
